Omschrijving
Tom Strong Compendium SC - Born at the dawn of the 20th century, Tomas Strong was raised by his scientist parents in a gravity chamber on a distant island to achieve physical and mental perfection. As an adult, Tom returns to America and settles in Millennium City as its resident science hero. Together with wife Dhalua, daughter Tesla, and sidekicks Pneuman and King Solomon, Tom makes it his mission to protect the city and the universe from all manner of bizarre threats that inhabit his retro-futuristic world.
This extensive compendium collects all 36 issues of the original series. A wonderful tribute to the adventure stories and pulp heroes of the Golden Age of comics, blending science- fiction, humour, action and retro-futuristic fantasy.
A must-have for fans of Alan Moore and classic American comics.
