This 9th volume starts out with The Will being dragged around like a slave. Well, at least all that stuff apparently makes him lose some of his weight again and it shows that his fighting spirit isn’t as broken as he thought. Not sure if that is a good thing. Simultaneously, Alana, Marko, Hazel and their latest group of friends are hiding with the reporters for a while. The reporters hope to get permission to publish Hazel’s story in exchange for body-altering magic.
